"Power to the People"
This is Cycle Foundations Module 2 (Power and Performance) is designed to train your body to perform on hills, attack aggressively on flats and maintain speed over long hauls and difficult terrian on the bike for the summer months. All levels welcome and no experience nescessary. Become a power-house on (and off) the bike!
All participants may choose to have their LTHR (Lactate Threshold and Heart Rate)

testing done during this time as well
Training is every Thursday morning at 6:15 am - 7:30 (January to March 2012)
You may leave early if your schedule dictates
